Chris Wolfgang

Chris Wolfgang started writing about barbecue for the Dallas Observer in 2015, and became the Observer’s restaurant critic in October 2021. In his free time, he’s a dog owner, plays a mediocre guitar and is likely recovering from his latest rec-league sports injury.

Racheal Mukweyi

Rachael is a Dallas based runner, foodie and wanderer. She loves Texas, Tacos & talking about why Dallas IS a food city. This is her FIFTH year at Tacolandia, and it will be an honor to judge.

A Native of Kenya, she has an appreciation of other cultures and hopes to see a lot of beautiful traditions at the festival. In her free time, she runs her social media accounts known as THE @DallasFoodBlogger.

E. Mayne

E.MAYNE is an epicurious foodie who loves to eat things he can’t pronounce. He runs a food group called D.F. Grub which explores and highlights eateries in the Metroplex. He hopes to eventually turn the group into a nonprofit to feed disadvantaged children in the Metroplex. E.Mayne has eaten tacos from Mexico to Tokyo, and can both appreciate the innovations and the classics of all. He is an avid traveler and plans to visit all seven continents and start a travel club called “Lucky Number 7.” He also writes for the Dallas Observer as a freelancer.
